Elsema FOBSwitch, Wireless Wall Mount Remote

The genuine Elsema FOBSwitch is an ultra-slim, four-button wireless wall remote for compatible Elsema PCR433 Penta receivers. It provides convenient wall mounted control of automatic gates, garage doors, lights and other connected equipment, without running control wiring from the switch to the receiver.

Each button can be programmed to a separate receiver or receiver channel, allowing one wall switch to control up to four functions. Mount it directly onto a flat wall or over a standard single-gang electrical wall box.

Important: The Penta FOBSwitch requires a compatible Elsema PCR433 Penta receiver. It is not a universal wall switch and does not connect directly to every gate motor or garage door opener.

Please note: All 12 dip switches on the compatible Penta receiver must be set to OFF for encrypted PentaFOB operation. The FOBSwitch is not compatible with Elsema PentaCODE receivers operating in 12-way dip-switch mode.

Does the Elsema FOBSwitch require wiring?

No. The wall switch is battery powered and sends a wireless signal to a compatible Elsema PCR433 Penta receiver. The receiver must be wired to the gate, door, light or other equipment being controlled.

Can each button control a different device?

Yes. Each of the four buttons can be programmed to a separate receiver or a different channel on a multi-channel Penta receiver. For example, one switch could control a driveway gate, pedestrian gate, garage door and outdoor lighting.

Is the FOBSwitch compatible with PentaCODE?

The FOBSwitch uses encrypted PentaFOB coding. It can operate with a PCR433 receiver when all 12 receiver dip switches are set to OFF. It cannot operate in PentaCODE 12-way dip-switch mode.

What battery does it use?

The FOBSwitch uses one CR2032 3V coin-cell battery. A battery is supplied pre-installed, and a screwdriver is required to access the secured battery compartment.

What range will I get?

The maximum stated range is up to 100 metres line of sight. Buildings, metal structures, electrical interference, receiver location and antenna installation can reduce the effective range.
