How to Apply?

• Simply submit a Trade Request Form
  • Verification: We’ll confirm your eligibility
  • Approval and Login:  We’ll activate your account and email you access details
    • o   Username
    • o   Password

Once logged in, you’ll see your trade pricing across the site.

How to Order & Pay

Order Channels:  Website, Phone, Email or In-store

Payment Methods:

•       Secure website checkout
•       PayPal
•       Bank transfer (EFT)
•       Phone credit card
•       In-person EFTPOS (by arrangement)

Payment is due at time of order.  Product is not held or if required ordered from the supplier until invoice has been paid in full.

Shipping and Handling

All orders ship from our Brisbane office (we don’t drop-ship) with tracked standard delivery capped at $14.95. Oversize items—typically over 1.15 m or bulky/heavy—may attract an additional freight charge, which we’ll quote for approval before dispatch. We ship orders complete; if an item is awaiting supply, the entire order will be held until everything is ready. Prefer a split shipment? Tell us and we’ll arrange it (additional freight may apply).

 

Returns and Warranty

Trade customers receive the same Returns and Warranty Policies as retail.

Returns (Change of Mind / Incorrect Item):

·       Accepted within 30 days of invoice if unopened, unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

·       Buyer pays return freight; use tracked postage.

·       Restocking/handling: $9.95 per accepted return may be applicable

·       Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., special orders, batteries, springs, control boards/light modules, installed/modified goods).

Warranty:

·       Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (period listed on each product page).

·       Generally, covers manufacturing defects under normal use; excludes incorrect installation, misuse, power surges/lightning, water ingress (unless rated), insect damage, corrosion, tampering, general wear/consumables.

·       Some products must be installed by licensed professionals to keep the warranty valid—check the product instructions.

·       Claims typically require return to place of purchase for assessment and proof of purchase.  In some instances the item may need to be returned to manufacturer for assessment and repair.

Is there a minimum spend to get trade pricing?

No minimum, but trade pricing benefits are greatest on bulk purchases.

Do you offer credit terms?

No, Trade Accounts are cash-only.

Can you help confirm compatibility before I order?

Yes, Send through any important images and information in an email and we will advise on the right part for the job. 

What if I need something no listed online?

Ask us. We can source many brand-specific parts through our supplier network or offer an alternative solution.
