The Elsema FMR15101240 is a genuine Australian designed, single channel receiver for long range industrial, agricultural and rural automation.  It operates directly from a 110-240V AC Mains supply and provides one voltage free changeover relay output for controlling pumps, irrigation equipment, lighting, alarms and other long range equipment. 

When paired with a compatible Elsema FMT151 transmitter and correctly installed 151MHz antenna, the system can achieve a line of sight operating range of up to 5km.  Actual range depends on the selected transmitter, antenna, installation height, surrounding terrain and environmental interferences.

What is the Elsema FMR15101240 used for?

It is compatible with correctly configured Elsema FMT151-series transmitters, including the FMT15101E, FMT15108E, FMT15104H and FMT15108H. 

Will this receiver provide a 5km operating range?

Up to 5km line of sight may be possible with a suitable long-range FMT151 transmitter, correctly installed ANT151M antenna and favourable conditions. Handheld transmitters have a shorter maximum range, and buildings, terrain, antenna position and interference can reduce performance.

Is an antenna included?

An appropriate 151MHz antenna is required. Elsema recommends the ANT151M for maximum performance and long-range installations.

Is the FMR15101240 weatherproof?

No. The standard receiver is supplied on a Quickmount base without a weatherproof enclosure. Choose the FMR15101240E or install it inside an appropriate enclosure for exposed locations.

Can this receiver be used outside Australia?

This listing is for the Australian 151MHz version. New Zealand, the United States and Canada use different frequency versions and matching transmitters. Frequency regulations must be checked before installation.
