The Elsema FMT 302DA is a large handheld remote designed for use with FMT 27Mhz receiver systems, commonly installed in gated complexes where a shared entry gate and private garage access were required. This remote features the same internal architecture as the KEY 302DA keyring version but in a larger, box-style transmitter housing, preferred for industrial, commercial and on-wall mounting applications.

Operating on 27MHz fixed code technology with 12 internal dip switches, the FMT 302DA can be programmed by simply matching switch positions between the remote and receiver. Its crystal-based design offered excellent frequency stability, reduced interference sensitivity and a reliable operating range for older automation systems.

As this model has now been fully discontinued, and no compatible replacement remote exists, continued system use requires upgrading to a new receiver and remote kit. This solution allows existing motors and control boards to remain in service without full replacement.
