The Elsema FMT 302 remote has been discontinued – no suitable direct replacement is available.
The Elsema FMT 302 is a large box remote transmitter operating on 27MHz fixed-code technology with 10 internal dip switches. Unlike the later FMT302DA model, the FMT 302 uses a different coding format and is not cross-compatible with 12-switch systems. This remote was commonly installed in setups where multiple motors were positioned side by side, or where long-range and reliable industrial gate access was required.
Due to age of technology and discontinued component supply, the FMT302 remote is no longer manufactured and no compatible replacement remote exists. For sites still operating with this model, a receiver and remote upgrade is the recommended solution, allowing existing motors and control boards to remain functional without complete replacement.
