The Elsema FMT-301 was a genuine Elsema single-button transmitter used with older automatic gates, garage doors and access-control systems throughout Australia.
The FMT-301 was commonly used in Strata Complexes as a Common Entry Garage Door/Gate. The genuine Elsema FMT-301 has now been discontinued. This listing is provided for remote identification and compatibility information only.
Is there a direct replacement for the Elsema FMT-301?
Elsema PentaCODE remote is not a direct replacement for the FMT-301. Although PentaCODE remotes also contain coding switches, they operate on a different frequency and cannot communicate directly with the original 27MHz receiver.
Copying the switch pattern from a FMT-301 into a PentaCODE remote will not make it work with the original KEY-301 receiver.
