The B&D EasyLifter Upgrade Kit is the ideal solution for restoring remote access to older B&D EasyLifter overhead garage door openers where original remotes are no longer reliable.
This upgrade kit replaces outdated receiver technology with a modern, secure system, allowing you to pair new remotes and regain full control of your garage door—without replacing the entire opener.
This upgrade kit uses the Elsema PCR43301RE receiver with PentaFOB® remotes to deliver a highly reliable and secure solution. Unlike basic universal receivers, this system features frequency switching technology (FHSS) to actively avoid interference, reduce dropouts, and maximise operating range.
With the added benefit of unlimited remote storage, it’s a future-proof upgrade—perfect for homes, businesses, or shared access without the limitations of standard receivers.

Wiring Instructions
This kit comes with pre-programmed remotes available in 1,2,4 or 5 button variation. The remotes will come programmed to button 1 unless requested otherwise. Full instructions will be supplied with your order for wiring into your opener.
This kit is supplied for DIY installation. You will need to connect the wires to the corresponding terminal points on your motor. Please note, access to these terminals may require working at height (e.g. using a ladder), so ensure appropriate safety precautions are taken.
This product contains a button or coin cell battery. To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH:
- Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children at all times.
- Do not use this product if the battery compartment is damaged or does not close securely.
- Dispose of used batteries immediately and safely — even flat batteries can cause serious harm.
- Do not ingest the battery. Chemical burn hazard.
- If you suspect a battery has been swallowed or inserted, act immediately — severe or fatal injuries can occur within 2 hours.
