ATA TXA1 Remote
ATA TXA1 Remote
Discontinued Item
There is no suitable replacement for the ATA TXA1 Remote.
The ATA TXA1 Remote was a widely used remote throughout the mid to late 90s into early 2000's for early automation of garage doors, gates, and boom gates. It operated on a fixed-code 27MHz system, making remote replacement simple and straightforward. When ATA discontinued this model, Elsema’s 27MHz remotes became the recommended compatible alternative. However, with Elsema also discontinuing their long-running 27MHz series, a significant gap has been left in the replacement remote market.
Retro Remotes has not found a suitable and reliable replacement for this system. Given the age of the openers it is now recommended to look at replacement motors for these systems instead.
