Automatic Technology PTX2 v2 Remote

The Automatic Technology PTX2 (PTX-2v2) remote is a discontinued two-button keyring transmitter from ATA’s popular Triocode Series, featuring secure 128-bit encryption and the recognisable grey button design. Released as the upgraded successor to the original 64-bit PTX2v1 (orange buttons), the PTX2v2 maintained full backward compatibility with all 64-bit and 128-bit Triocode systems—making it one of ATA’s most widely used remotes from 2008 onward.

This version were ultimately discontinued when new Australian lithium coin battery laws came into effect. Genuine compatible replacements are available and fully supported for all ATA TrioCode systems.
