To program a new ATA PTX4 remote directly to the receiver, follow these steps:

Access the Receiver: Locate the “DOOR CODE” button on the opener or the SW1 MAIN/SW2 PED button on the receiver board.

Program the Remote:

            • Press and hold down the blue “DOOR CODE” button (or SW1/SW2 on the receiver).
            • Press and hold the button on your new remote that you want to use for two seconds, then release it.
            • Pause for two seconds, then press the same button again for two seconds.
            • Release the “DOOR CODE” or SW button.

Test the OperationPress the transmitter button to ensure the door or gate operates correctly with the newly programmed remote.

Initiate Coding on the Existing Remote: Using a small needle or paper clip, press through the Coding Hole on the existing remote and hold firmly for two seconds. The LED light will illuminate.
