What should I do if the remote stops working?

First, try replacing the battery, as a low battery could be the cause. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting section in the programming instructions or contact customer support for further assistance.

Programming Instructions

Mode 1: Preset 4 Buttons

1. On the controller, press and hold P1 (Slide) and P4 (Swing) simultaneously until the LED light turns on steadily.
2. Within 10 seconds, press and hold any button on your NEW remote until the LED light flashes three times.
3. The LED light will remain on for 15 seconds, allowing you to pair additional remotes during this time.

Preset Mode Functions:

    • Button 2: Pedestrian Mode
    • Button 3: Open
    • Button 4: Close

Mode 2: Custom Button Functions

1. On the controller, press and release P1 (Swing Motor) or P4 (Slide Motor) the number of times corresponding to the desired command.
2. Within 10 seconds, press and hold the remote button you want to assign to that command for at least 2 seconds. The LED will flash three times if the connection is successful.
3. To pair additional remotes with the same command, repeat step 2 within 10 seconds. If no further actions are taken, the programming phase will end automatically.
