Method 1: Remote to Receiver

  1. Ensure that all switches on the receiver’s 12-way dip switch are set to “OFF.”
  2. Press and hold the program button on the receiver.
  3. Press the button on the PentaFOB® remote for 2 seconds.
    • The receiver’s LED will flash and then turn green.
  4. Release the button on the receiver and the remote.
  5. Test the remote by pressing its button to ensure the receiver responds.

Method 2: Remote to Remote (Near Receiver)

  1. Open the case of an already programmed remote.
  2. Press and release the program button on the back of the board (receiver enters learning mode).
  3. Press the button on the already programmed remote to activate the receiver.
  4. Press the button on the new remote you want to program for 2 seconds.
  5. Press the program button again on the already programmed remote to exit learning mode.
  6. Test the newly programmed remote to confirm it works.
