In the event of a power failure or emergency, this key allows you to disengage the motor and operate your gate manually — a vital safety feature.
This is not an electronic remote — it’s a mechanical key that fits into the motor’s manual release lock, turning the internal mechanism to disengage the drive. Only purchase this key if your motor’s barrel is triangular — it will not work on newer BFT models with the 3-digit barrel system.
