i-Learn Troubleshooting:

  • Issue: i-Learn is stuck at 14%
    Remedy: Decrease the M1 Slow Speed Obstruction Margin (Menu 8.3).
    This will reduce sensitivity, allowing the motor to continue the learning process.
  • Issue: i-Learn is stuck at 28%
    Remedy: Decrease the M1 Open Obstruction Margin (Menu 8.1).
    This adjustment will help the motor move past the obstruction detection phase.
  • Issue: The gate does not fully open or close during the 1st i-Learn cycle
