Programming Instructions for Elsema IS600 Sliding Gate Motor

The Elsema IS600 Sliding Gate Motor is equipped with an intelligent self-learning function called i-Learn that runs during the setup process. This feature allows the motor to learn the correct parameters for smooth gate operation, ensuring optimal performance over time. Below are the programming steps and troubleshooting guide to assist in resolving common issues during the setup process.

i-Learn Programming Process:

1. Initiating i-Learn Mode:
   • During the i-Learn process, the gate will automatically cycle through three phases:
     1. First cycle: Gate operates in slow speed.
     2. Second cycle: Gate operates in fast speed.
     3. Third cycle: Gate operates in fast speed, but the motor will slow down before the gate reaches the end.
2. Monitoring Progress:
   • As the i-Learn process progresses, monitor the percentage completion displayed on the LCD screen. Successful learning occurs as the gate opens and closes fully through all three cycles.
