Security is important to Marantec.  Marantec remote technology works with encryption (similar to online banking) in addition to the rolling code algorithm.  This means that it transmits a different code to the opener every time the button is pressed.  Making it near impossible to be copied or decoded.  Making Marantec the most secure and comfortable door openers in the world.

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
